- Assume any deployment running this schema attributes every logged flow to a specific subscriber (IMSI/phone-number level) by default via carrier RADIUS/AAA ingestion, not just to an IP -- anonymity guarantees a circumvention protocol offers must hold even against an operator that already has subscriber-level attribution independent of the protocol's own traffic characteristics.
